Epic Games Store
The stand alone Epic Games Store and Launcher were released in December 2018 after Epic Games objected to the 30% revenue share from developers for games hosted and distributed by Steam. In the two years since its release, Epic Games Store has become a robust platform offering hunderds of games to purchase. It is also the exclusive platform for many of Epic’s own titles.
Epic Games Store also gives you a free game every week in addition to the dozen or free to play games that are always available for download.

Of all the digital distribution platforms out there, Steam offers the most free PC games of any platform out there. The dedicated free PC game page includes over a thousand games that are either free or free to play (with microtransactions). Battle.net
Blizzard’s Battle.net contains just a handful of games but the games it does offer are some of the most popular and critically acclaimed games of all time. Most of the games offered on Battle.net are either completely free, free to play or free trial. Completely free means just that, download the game and it’s yours to keep/play. Free to Play game offers core game play for free with upgrades, skins and perks available for purchase; Free trial allows for limited free play.

PlayStation Plus
Sony’s PlayStation Plus is similar to Xbox Live, it’s the primary digital marketplace for the PlayStation universe.
